Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. You can track your shipment using the link provided.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Email us at sunali@visk.in with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label or arrange pickup within 3 business days.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment information necessary to process your order.

VISK and Beon Des Tech Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
